Join Gabrielle for a serene journey into Nāda Yoga, the yoga of sound, where you’ll learn to harness the power of sacred Sanskrit mantras. Nāda Yoga uses sound vibration to guide you inward, and Sanskrit, an ancient vibrational language, which attunes your consciousness to deep states of meditation. We’ll chant, set intentions, connect with personal symbolism, while allow sound to expand our hearts.
Please feel free to bring a mala if you have one. If you’d like to contribute to the altar, you’re encouraged to bring crystals, photos, anything meaningful or even an offering from the earth.
Dress comfortable for this mostly seated practice. Sliding scale is available to make this practice accessible for most, please pay what you can.
