Welcome to our sanctuary in the Catskills — a space where nature and comfort weave together to create an atmosphere of deep rest, connection, and inspiration. The property stretches across open meadows, forest trails, and gentle waters, offering a blend of communal gathering places and quiet nooks for solitude. Every structure has its own energy and rhythm, all connected by the land’s natural flow.

The Lodge
The heart of the retreat center — where meals are shared, laughter fills the kitchen, and the energy of community thrives. The lodge is home to two private bedrooms and one shared room, along with cozy common areas, a full kitchen, and sunroom next to the pool. It has 1.5 bathrooms.

Just beside the lodge, you’ll find the Cottage (private bathroom) and the Groovy Bus, offering privacy while keeping you close to the pulse of retreat life.

The Barn
Less than a minute walk from the main lodge, the barn rests closest to the forest edge — surrounded by towering trees, a nearby gazebo, and the soothing sounds of waterfalls. Inside, you’ll find both a king private room and the shared bunk beds. The barn carries a creative, grounded energy, ideal for those who love being immersed in nature while still part of the group flow. 1 large shared bathroom.

The Farmhouse
Just across the way, (~3-5min walk from main area) the farmhouse offers a more private and luxurious stay with its own hot tub, pond, and communal living spaces. Inside are the Farmhouse Master, two private bedrooms, and a shared room, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and restoration. This is the space for those craving quiet mornings and a sense of calm retreat.

Each corner of the property holds something unique — the hum of laughter in the lodge, the stillness of the forest by the barn, the soft reflections on the farmhouse pond. Together, they create a sacred landscape designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and rewild!

Tucked among the trees, this renovated school bus is a retro dream turned soulful sanctuary. With its warm cedar walls, vintage decor, and colorful patchwork details, the Groovy Bus invites you to unwind, get inspired, and embrace your inner free spirit.

Inside, you’ll find all the comforts of home with a full-size bed, cozy blankets, heating and A/C for every season, and complete privacy. Soft lighting and forest views through wide windows create a space that feels both grounded and magical.

Just outside, enjoy easy access to the outdoor shower or take a short walk to the lodge bathrooms.

The Cottage offers a bit more space for those who want to be near the action but retreat into their own private home. In addition to the bedroom and ensuite bath, it features a cozy sitting area with a mini fridge, coffee maker, and filtered water cooler. The gentle sound of our nearby waterfall reminds visitors of the natural beauty just outside their door. Your true home away from home!

Spacious, serene, and bathed in natural light, the Farmhouse Master is one of two private master suites on the property. Designed for deep rest and reflection, this room features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and a freestanding soaking tub that turns every evening into a ritual of relaxation.

With expansive open space, soft textures, and curated details throughout, this suite offers a feeling of refined ease, a true luxury stay for those seeking stillness, privacy, and a touch of indulgence.

For those who crave personal space while still being part of the retreat’s communal flow, our five private bedrooms offer the perfect balance of comfort and connection. Each room is thoughtfully designed with its own charm, featuring cozy bedding, intentional decor, and a quiet atmosphere for rest and reflection.
